Who we are

Dende’s SMS is a messaging tool operated by Your Call LLC. Account holders control the service through this website, and messages are delivered through our messaging provider Android device and SIM or through a phone number rented inside the service.

Information we collect

• Email address of the account holder using the service.
• Recipient phone numbers submitted by the account holder.
• Message content, attachments and timestamps for messages sent or received.
• Delivery status and carrier responses returned for each message.
• Subscription and payment reference identifiers.

How we use it

We use this information only to deliver messages the account holder sends, return replies and delivery receipts, enforce sending limits, provide support, and keep records required by phone carriers and payment providers.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. Phone numbers and message content are shared only with the messaging carriers and infrastructure providers needed to deliver a message, and with authorities where the law requires it. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Message frequency, STOP and HELP

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time to stop receiving messages, and HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and the number is suppressed from further sending.

Retention and access

Message records are retained while the account is active and for a limited period afterward for billing and compliance records. Account holders and recipients can ask for their data to be removed by contacting us.
