Terms of Service

The service

Dende’s SMS lets an account holder send SMS messages from this website, routed either through their own Android device and SIM or through a phone number rented inside the service. Access requires an active subscription.

Consent is required

Account holders may only message people who have given them permission to be contacted at that number. Sending to purchased, scraped or otherwise non-consenting lists is prohibited and is grounds for immediate suspension without refund.

Prohibited use

• Unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, phishing or impersonation.
• Fraud, scams, illegal goods or services, or harassment.
• Content prohibited by mobile carriers, including illegal substances, hate speech and adult content.
• Any attempt to bypass opt-out handling or sending limits.

Opt-outs

Recipients may reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to stop messages and HELP for assistance. Opt-outs are processed automatically and must not be overridden. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.

Billing

Subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable once activated. Rented phone numbers stay active for the paid period and are released after it expires. Delivery depends on mobile carriers and is not guaranteed.

Suspension and liability

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or carrier rules. The service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.
